Vintage 1980s All That Jazz black with white dots belted dress women's size 9/10This dress is belted, has zip closure, dramatic shoulder pads, slit up the middle back and POCKETS! The lace collar is a little discolored from wear but otherwise great condition.   waist laying flat 13" length 47" The tag on this dress says 9/10 but it is much smaller than that size today.
