Cele (made in Italy) Vintage gown purchased in a NYC boutique in 1985 for a Military Ball. Empire waist bodice is black velvet and features a three-tiered lace neck adornment. Lace follows the V-line back. Zipper on back of bodice. Bodice meets at a “V” into a taffeta high-low skirt. Dress is fully lined.
