Vintage 1980s Beaded Black Dress

Very good condition vintage 1980s black cocktail dress with silver sequins on the top and black tube beads in a swirling pattern. Has shoulder pads, a keyhole back, and zigzag hem and sleeve edges. All hooks and eyes are present, though they show some rust due to age (see pictures). There are two spots missing about 3-4 beads on the back lower left (pictured). There is no tag, so the brand and size are unknown, but it seems to be a Laurence Kazar style. Bust measures 18" lying flat, waist 16", and hips 19", and length averages about 39" from shoulder. Seems like a small.
