Vintage dress - 1980s - elastic band - with belt- long sleeve - cotton dress Great condition-maybe worn once/twice. 1 elastic loop for the belt is unattached- does not affect how the belt. Backside: 7 inch metal zipper below waist band, five black round plastic buttons from waistline to neckline up center of the back.
