Vintage 1980’s Bill Blass Eveningwear navy handkerchief skirt & scarf Size 10

Pristine condition! Worn just a coupes times, multilayered handkerchief edged skirt with matching tasseled scarf which can be tied around the waist or tossed over the shoulders. My mother wore this ballroom dancing in the 1980s. Amazing “swing”! WSK14
