Vintage 1980s Black and Turquoise Shiny Blouse with Shoulder Pads Very funky 1980s in a shiny silky material with elastic knit cuffs on sleeves and hem. Features an allover geometric print. Has a zipper closure in the back and shoulder pads built in. Has an ILGWU tag and is in great condition! The only thing to note is it is a petite so the arms are a little short but I think it’s cute worn at 3/4 length with a stack of bracelets.
