Vintage 1980s Blouse, Premiere Black Embroidered Shirt with Shoulder Pads

Pretty vintage black blouse from the 1980s. Has hidden buttons, a small pointed collar, shoulder pads and gorgeous embroidery right under the collar. Short dolman sleeves. Looks and feels like a rayon or poly or similar. Label reads: Premiere of California. Probably about a medium but do see measurements below. Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting. Measurements when lying flat, Doubled at bust, waist, and hip. Armpit to armpit across bust: 42" Waist: 40" Shoulder to bottom hem: 22.5" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
