Vintage 1980s Brian David Royal Blue Floral Mock Neck Button Secretary Blouse. Has a placket over buttons. Labeled size medium (see measurements for best modern size fit). 100% Polyester. Has a shiny floral pattern. Drop yoke shoulders give raised shoulder effect without shoulder pads. Slight balloon sleeves. Good vintage condition. One small mark along the placket as pictured. It's very faint but it is there. I have not tried to treat this mark. Flat measurements- Armpit to armpit- 20" Shoulder to shoulder- 16" Shoulder to bottom hem-25" Sleeve- 23.5" Model is a modern size medium (6).
