This dress is from the 1980’s. The brand is Cachet. The designer Bari Protas. is It’s in mint condition. No stains, rips of tears in lace. The zipper works like a charm. The sleeves can be worn off or on the shoulder. It’s black & white color reminds me of Chanel. The measurement reads 3/4, but it modern sizing it is closer to a size 0/2.
