Vintage 1980s Diane Freis Bohemian Dress

Super unique 1980s vintage dress by Diane Freis. Dress is red, white, and blue paisley. The vibe could swing bohemian liberal, or patriotic southerner depending on how you accessorize it. Dress is in good vintage condition, no holes, stains, snags, or fraying, but the elastic part of the waist is no longer stretchy. It still provides a gathered texture along waist. Looks great belted. The elastic on the sleeves edges is still very stretchy. Dress has a unique attached scarf / exaggerated collar. Material is 100% polyester.
