Vintage 1980s Handmade Skirt Suit

Vintage 1980s handmade suit with pencil skirt and matching removable belt. Very well made; both pieces are lined. An extra (tighter) hole has been poked in the belt, not noticeable unless really looking. No other issues. Best fit on a petite woman 5’4” or less; taller woman could wear as 3/4 sleeve.
