Vintage 1980's Jaymee Papell Dress

Vintage 1980's Jaymee Papell Dress, peacock blue leopard print, mini cowl neck, ribbed knit wrist cuffs, ribbed knit waistband. Larger,almost batwing sleeves. Excellent vintage condition. Feels like polyester, no fabric tag. The waist line can be worn pulled down or up for a more blousant feel. No marked size, the dress will be accommodating to a variety of sizes between a medium to XL. For reference, it accommodated a 38 bust and size 16 for me, but definitely would be amazing on smaller sizes as well.
