Vintage 1980’s John Richard 700 styled dress with matching belt size 10

Fabulous dress Very thick shoulder pants Cuffed short sleeves Big pockets that snap both sides toward the armpit One pocket has a orange large button. The other pocket is missing the button. Belt with faux metal buckle This dress wraps on the front bust and is supposed to be kind of sexy, but I have a safety pin on there to keep that closed Size 10 The best measures 21 inches from pit to pit so I’d say it was a 40 inch bust Elastic waste measures from 32 to 36 inches Skirt waist to hem is 31 inches Shoulder to shoulder with the pads is 16 inches Made in USA tag is present Says machine wash 100% polyester There’s no see-through with this fabric The matching belt can be buckled from a 29 inch waist max, but I believe that’s a higher waist where it would buckle Very pretty flouncy skirt This reminds me of a 40s dress perfect for dance. I just love it.
