Vintage 1980s Kathryn Conover 40s Inspired Red Long Sleeve Dress 24" Waist

Vintage 70s does 40s Kathryn Conover of New York dress. Belted at the waist, with shoulder pads that are easily removed. Though they are the cutest western print for shoulder pads Ive ever seen. Double skirted peplum with fantastic tail in back. Material does stretch. Very good vintage condition, no flaws noted. Has been laundered and is ready to wear. Labeled a size 4, please check the measurements listed.
