Beautiful Kentucky Derby style summer straw hat by Kokin. Deep crown with low dropping wide brim, crown is wrapped in rose, pale pink and cream silk and velvet florals. A long thick veil drops down to cover all and part of the face. Beautiful striking design only for the woman who wants to be noticed. Condition is exquisite with only one issues. There is a break in the veiling on the right side at the edge. The photographs would not pick it up but please be aware that it is there. Interior is lined only with a brown grosgrain ribbon. Measuring on the inside it is 22 inches. Label is Kokin of New York. Hat designer Kokin began first emerged in the Fall of 1983. In 1991 and 1992 he was voted Millinery Designer of the Year, first hat designer to win in two consecutive years. His hats have been seen on Sex and the City and Clueless.
