Vintage 1980s Lady Helene Blue With White Lace Midi Regent Whimsy Dress

Vintage, elegant, blue with white lace over the top, along with blue frill trim dress. From the 1980s, this was originally my moms dress • Brand: Lady Helene for Mister Jay, made in the USA Condition: It appears the white lace sleeves were long at one point but then cut off. Due to this, the white lace has a raw edge(refer to photos). Other than that, this dress is in excellent vintage condition • Size: Labeled a size "20 1/2" This dress could fit anywhere from a small - large depending on desired fit. Could have a belt worn along with it as well to cinch up the waist.
