Vintage ‘88 Lee + TMNT genuine bonded leather belt marked 20-22. Union made in the USA. 18.5-24” circumference at the existing notches. Has some cracking and graphic wear. Looks like it would be best for 3-6 years but best to measure your child and compare to the listed measurements.
