Vintage 1980's Oberon wool dress

Vintage 1980's Oberon wool dress. Size 4. Such a feminine dress with the large cape-like collar, fabric covered buttons down the front and delicate pleating from the waist. The fabric tag is missing but it is 100% wool knit. Shoulder pads. Approximate measurements: armpit to armpit = 18" and length = 42". There is some slight pilling and the tag is yellowing from age.
