Vintage 1980s Oggee dress

Vintage 1980s dress from Oggee. Spaghetti strapped dress upper black velvet. Bottom is black base with red, purple, yellow and blue stripes throughout. Crinoline underneath to make skirt pop. Measurements taken while laying flat, please double, and are approximate. Bust 15 inches, waist 13 inches and hips 20 inches. Length is approximately 35 inches. Dress is in excellent condition no rips, pulls or stains.
