Vintage 1980s On Purpose brand dress. Sleeveless with scoop neck and banding at waist. Red and white striped with blue, yellow and black around arm holes and neck. Size Medium. Bust 32” waist 24-30” length 38”. There is some stretch. Really cute summer dress!
