Vintage 1980s Orvis Brown Silk Button Up Dress Size 8 No Belt Flaw

Very nice 100% Silk vintage button down shirt dress by Orvis. From the 1980s. Has belt loops but no belt. Missing one front button and one button inside the dress at the belt area. See pictures for all details and condition.
