Vintage 1980's Pantagis Polka Dot Party Dress

This dress makes me happy just looking at it! Black acetate? (No fabric label) with white polka dots and wide red sash with huge bow. There is stiff crinoline on the inside of the bubble skirt that is completely covered by the fabric of the dress. Very dramatic and attention getting! Bust 34", waist 31", up to 38" hips, length 43". No stretch. Fully lined. Dry clean. Made in USA. Vintage size 11/12 on tag. This dress doesn't look like it's ever been worn or laundered. Brand: Pantagis
