Vintage 1980s Purple Paisley Fancy Silky Turtleneck Blouse by Piat Ltd. ILGWU

Vintage 1980's PIAT LTD. shimmery purple paisley turtleneck blouse with stretchy, banded metallic cuffs and hem. Draped, blousy top has ruched shoulders and a looser style neck. No materials tag but feels like a polyester blend with very minimal, if any, stretch. 1974-1995 ILGWU tag. Attached shoulder pads. 3/4 back zip. Vintage size 12 measures 16" across shoulders, 21" pit to pit, 24" long and 15" across hem. 25" shoulder to cuff. Excellent condition with very little wear. No age related wear.
