Vintage 1980’s Red with White Polka Dots - Pretty Woman Dress - Size 8

This is a lovely little dress! I believe it is rayon but there is not a fabric tag. It does say “dry clean” but it looks like it would do fine by a gentle cycle (imho). It sports a subtle gathered waist. There are shoulder pad for a great “hour glass” structure, but they could be easily removed. Did I mention it has pockets?!!! POCKETS! I am including the belt which is. It original. However, it is also vintage and still has its tags. There are a couple of dark spots on the skirt. They tend to get lost in the gather. However, I am totally transparent in my listings, so please picture. Dress’ tags read, “Virgo II Size 8.” Measurements (laying flat): Bust 38” Waist 30” Hips 56” Torso Length (shoulder to waist) 17.5” Skirt Length 22.5” Back Zipper 22” Shoulders 16”
