Cool silver polka dot shirt. Has shoulder pads and can tie the string on the bottom left. Looks suitable for a medium from my perspective. Looks a little stretched out on the area you tie (last pic). Measurements taken flat: Length: 23 in Bust: 18 in Waist: 17 in Sleeve length: 18 in
