Has a button closure on the side and an elastic waistband along the back. There are belt loops attached. Good preowned vintage condition. There are few tiny runs on the fabric as pictured. They aren't too noticeable while wearing. There are 2 back belt loops that are very delicate and are close to coming undone could easily be mended with a few stitches.
