Vintage 1980’s Secretary Dress

Dolly on top , Jane Fonda on the bottom . This great John Richard design circa 1980’s has shoulder pads and a very flowey top w/ inexplicably large pockets at the breast. Left side pocket missing button . Morphs down to a very tiny waist and slender skirt . Although waist will stretch easily I don’t think it would look as good if it did . Quite a flattering line . No tags but feels like rayon crepe of the era . Black and white animal type overall print 3/4 sleeves
