Vintage 1980s Sheer Black & Tan Striped Secretary Dress (As-Is)

Darling striped secretary dress with boat neck and round black buttons. The left upper sleeve has a few ink stains that I can get out. 😥 I also found two little snags. They’re not very noticeable when the dress is on. See pics!
