Vintage 1980s Shrader Foulard pleated dress

Pristine 1980s Shrader Foulard pattern pleated dress w/ belt. Gorgeous—dark blue w/ green & gold on body & a beautiful pattern including fuchsia. Collared at neck, gold buttons down the front & at cuffs, elastic waist, & accordion pleats on skirt. There are tucks at the shoulder and removable shoulder pads. Matching belt has five holes covered with blue grommets and a gold buckle. Size 8 Petite. This dress is in excellent condition. No pulls, stains or marks. Smoke free home.
