Vintage 1980s Signed Givenchy Hammered Goldtone Link Necklace

1980s hammered goldtone chunky oval links with three smaller round links in between them necklace with fold over clasp with Gs around it. Marked "Givenchy©" on a cartouche on a link besides the clasp. Doubled measures: 8 1/2 inches long. Links are 7/8 inches thick. Interior circumference is about 18 inches. Excellent condition. Givenchy is a French luxury fashion house based in Paris and founded in 1952. The Givenchy name has become synonymous with Parisian chic and haute couture. Hubert de Givenchy received the chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur from France's ministry of culture in 1985. Givenchy is known for clothing many famous people including Audrey Hepburn, Jackie Kennedy and more recently Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, Kim Kardashian and LeBron James.
