Vintage 1980's Special Thyme Ltd Pretty Royal Blue Jacquard Dress SIZE 14 1/2

Lovely knee length dress with elastic sleeves and waist. There is a front and back panel that ties into beautiful bows on each side. These ties are adjustable. The front panel is pleated at each shoulder adding a nice touch. Shoulders are very slightly padded. The underarms have built in sweat pads. Center back hem with slit. The label does not say what the fabric is made of, but does give care instructions. Note the size label is '14 1/2' . My mother wore this dress only one time many years ago. It is in great condition. Measurements: Bust= 20 1/2 inches, Sleeve length =24 inches, Dress length from back of neck to hem = 43 inches. See photos.
