Vintage 1980s Star Shoulder Drop Waist Dress

•Vintage 1980s Best Connection drop waist dress with silver star shoulder detail and teal green fabric •Please see measurements. Approximately fits a M/L and has an oversized fit. For reference I am a size 8. •Gently used in good vintage condition with some flaws, but still wearable. •There are some light spots on the front as pictured. I had to repair a tear on the back and reattach the corner of the tag. I’m not the neatest at hand sewing but you can always remove my repair and redo it if desired •I’m not sure how exactly it’s supposed to be worn but it looks great with the waist folded over as well.
