Vintage 1980's The Works Red Polyester Half Sleeve Short Lightweight Blouse

Love this item. I can see it in Stranger Things. Very 80's. Over shirt. No buttons. Made in USA. Size 12. 15.5 " sleeve 19" length, 18" waist and shoulder. 50% polyester and 50% Rayon. Dry Cleaning Only. I think size 12 is a bit bigger than it is in reality. I would judge it as a size 10
