Vintage 1980’s Vest Georgetown Leather Design Authentic

This is truly vintage because we are the original owners! Georgetown leather design Washington DC vest Size 38 for man or a woman Light brown leather with 4 cool buttons. Crafted in a very exclusive store that no longer exists in Washington DC. Purchased this in the early 1980s Flat lay measurements while buttoned: 17” from bottom of arm holes across chest. This vest can be worn open 24.5” from top of shoulder to point at bottom Satin like material in back with adjustable buckles **NOTE** The vest has been hanging in the closet for many many years. We have used it for fun and costuming but there is damage. The leather is very soft and fine and is peeling in multiple areas. Please see pictures for details. In the area where the leather is peeling it feels like suede underneath. There is also some discoloration on the satin fabric in the back. Please see pictures for details. Please know that I am disclosing this but I still think that this vest has lots of potential for the right person. This is a classic and is a very RARE find!
