Vintage 1980's Victor Costa Herringbone 2-piece Skirt Suit Small

This stunning emerald green and black herringbone skirt suit features a sweet, feminine fully lined peplum jacket with a velvet lined collar, puffed sleeves with sewn-in shoulder pads, 5 button front closure, 4 snap neck closures, and 2 buttons at the bottom of each sleeve. The fully lined skirt has one side pocket and a clasp and snap closure on the other side. There is no material tag. The material feels like a heavy cotton blend (possibly with lightweight soft wool).
