It has two small yarned belt loops I have not cut off (no belt). Flat, the waist is approx 31.5". However, it will def fit a 34" waist, as shown in the last pic. The bust flat is approx 38-40" (fits my 40"). Waist to hem approx 29" Side approx 7.5"
