Vintage 1980’s blouse. Off-white.

This truly vintage decorative lace blouse belonged to my mom around 1983. She wore it to a wedding and it’s in perfect condition. Although she literally removed every solitary tag, I can tell it’s a poly blend. Measurements are in photos. I’d say it’s a medium but please refer to measurements.
