Vintage 1980s blue accordion pleated dress.

Nuit vintage blue dress. Zipper and cloth button closure in back. The dress also has sewn in shoulder pads. The upper part of the dress is covered in blue lace and the bottom half has two levels of fabric with little ruffles at the ends. Tag reads a size 8 and there is also a union made tag. Measured flat: Shoulder to shoulder:16" Bust:17" Waist:14.9" Hips:17" Length from neckline:46" Condition:Great vintage condition. No stains visible.
