Vintage 1980s does 1940s v neck faux wrap dress

A lovely blue teal with embossed stripes in the fabric. The fabric has a lovely sheen and there are decorative moonglow buttons on the sleeves (one sleeve has 2 missing buttons). The dress has an attached peplum and light shoulderpads. Measurements are taken flat and doubled. Please allow for half an inch of variance. Waist 22-30" Bust up to 36", could accommodate more but more would be exposed Skirt length appx 24
