Vintage 1980s dress with shoulder pads, button waist, blue with black flowers

This is a vintage 1980s dress. It is a size medium and seems that it may fit 8-10. I can provide some measurements if needed. It has shoulder pads and cute shoulder details with wide sleeves, two buttons at the waist (cute waist detail) and also has pockets! This is a special find. As with most vintage clothing it does have some minor imperfections to the fabric (slight white spotting in a few areas only noticeable up close, see photo plz). Soon to be a favorite in your vintage collection!
