Vintage 1980s extra full black petticoat with wired edge

Delightfully fluffy black petticoat from circa the Eighties! Double layer sheer half slip with three tiers. Last tier has a plastic wire around the hem's edge to give it an extra boost. Fullness begins at the upper hip area with tricot knit at the waist and upper hip. New elastic in the waistband. 100% Nylon. In good vintage condition. Manufactured by Sam's and made in the U.S.A.
