Vintage 1980s girls dress. Striped with lace trim and pink ruffled ribbon collar

Vintage girls dress from 1980s. Black and white striped with white sheer overlay and lace trim. Puff sleeves. Pink ribbon collar. Size 5. There are loops where a belt may have gone before, but no belt with the dress currently. Loops could easily be snipped off or add your own ribbon to match!
