Vintage 1980s gold tone bow pin with tassels

This is a beautiful vintage pin from the 1980s. It is goldtone metal and is styled like a thin rope tied into a bow. There are moving tassels at the bottom that swing while it is worn.It is beautifully made and 3'' high. It is in excellent vintage condition with just a small tarnish on the loop of the tassels,please see last photo.
