Is this a large or an extra large the picture shows extra large but the post says large….

@kariahaas Hi! The tag is XL but according to the measurements of the actual garment and the size chart I use it's a Large. It's best to ignore the tag and shop by measurements if you know your own measurements :) If your waist is 30" and hips are 40" it should fit great
