Vintage 1980s Made in the USA sweet light blue dress with a small white floral print all over it, there are 2 ruffled tiers to the skirt. Lace embellishment down the front. Hidden zipper in the back. Designed by Robin Gayle. Made of 50% polyester and 50% cotton for easy care. Has a LoveShackFancy vibe. Attached are ties to cinch in the waist. Labeled Size 7 Juniors but fits like a small adult.
