Vintage 1980s navy floral button up blouse

I love this top but it's a bit too big for me so off it goes! It would look great with a skirt for a 50s look. Has shoulder pads, intricate buttons, a notched lapel collar, and sleeves that go from billowy to slim at the end. It's a nice flowy material, great for spring! Would work well for a sm-med. Shown on a size 4-6 mannequin.
