Vintage 1980s peplum drop waist dress

80s peplum, pencil skirt, thick padded shoulder, drop waist dress. Made by Wiz in the 80s. Non-stretch cotton fabric feels like a heavy opaque linen. Two vertical seams in the front make it very tailored. It is slightly drop waisted. The pencil underskirt is nice and fitted and is slit in the back. Shoulders are padded (of course) It's in fantastic vintage condition. Flat measurements (approx) Hips 17 Length 38 Waist 14 Pit to pit 16
