Vintage 1980's turquoise dress with black streaks

This dress is fun and flowy, the blue color is very saturated and the dress has a somewhat abstract paint streak motif that gives it that 80's feel. The dress is made of polyester and is very silky and comfortable. Length- 40", Bust- 34"(unstretched), Waist- 20"(unstretched elastic), Sleeves- 15". Tag has been removed.
