Scoop neck knit drop waist dress from the late 80s or early 90s. The skirt has a layer of polka dot tulle. Brand - Carol Horn Size - XS but it's stretchy so it could possibly work for a size Small, please check the measurements Shoulders - 14" across Chest - 16" pit to pit, stretches to 19" Sleeves - 20" from shoulder seam Waist - 13" across stretches to 15.5" Hips - open Length - 35" (20.5" drop waist bodice, 14.5" skirt) Condition - I don't see any flaws
