Vintage 1983 LENCI Claretta 17” Wool Felt Doll Tags No. 921933 Neck #143

Vintage Lenci doll produced in 1983 in Italy. She is Claretta No. 921933. She is 17” and looks so pretty in red. It looks like some moths were attracted to her as well. There are some holes in her felt dress that went through to her slip. Also on her cute red felt shoes. She has several tiny holes and some smudges here and there from her vintage age. She comes with a stand. She has her tag and back of neck is marked A.L. 143. LENCI Dolls are wool felt dolls that feature heat-pressed wool faces with painted features. They typically have intricately made wool and organic clothing, adorned with elaborate, felt flowers, hats, and/or accoutrements. They are at the top end of the luxury goods market.
